Project Description
Xilinx’s Global Training Solutions (GTS) uses Authorized Training Providers (ATP) to develop and deliver training to Xilinx customers. GTS was seeking operational efficiencies that allow them to keep up with increased demand and support global expansion without scaling up internal resources. To do this they needed a content infrastructure based on SharePoint that provided more flexibility and accessibility to content by members outside the core team, including ATPs and third-party developers. Tasks included:
- Key stakeholder interviews and documentation of business requirements
- Develop technical requirements and select a platform to meet their needs.
- Develop supporting business case as well as an implementation strategy and plan.
