Project Description
The Bureau of Public Affairs works with relevant Bureaus to deliver concise and cleared press guidance for the Department Spokesperson on a daily basis. Previously, a daily Press Guidance was released as a Word document, and archived online by date in Word format on the State Department’s internal website, accessed around the world by Social media practitioners, Ambassadors, and Embassy spokespeople. EverAge worked with the US State Department to help scope, plan and build a web based, open source press guidance repository. This work included identifying search keywords, sorting applying uniform template and metadata to resources, and populating repository with identified resources.
