Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with offices around the world, TD Bank Financial Group offers a full range of financial products and services. TD had selected SDL Tridion as the enterprise content management system to manage all it web properties. EverAge’s role was to act as the Content Management Analyst, providing subject matter expertise facilitating change management and adoption of the new system. Tasks included:
- Key stakeholder interviews and documentation of business requirements
- Act as subject matter expert
- Content Management Analyst to identify requirements for the implementation, training requirements, and new processes.
