Project Description
The Nova Scotia Liquor Commission (NSLC) wanted to implement a new corporate portal based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 to enable employees to effectively perform a variety of day-to-day tasks and foster collaboration by facilitating effective document management and information sharing. EverAge assessed the needs of the various business units, and design an information architecture that met their organizational, collaborative, and security needs. As well, EverAge assisted with the definition and implementation of the portal’s governance model, site taxonomy, training, and content migration.
