FindStorageFast is a new internet startup company providing web directory services to the self storage facility industry. FindStorageFast required the assistance of a web strategist to aid in all aspects of the new initiative. The initial phase of this project included the following tasks:
- Business Analysis and Business Case development.
- Business Competitive Analysis.
- Product offering definition.
- User Interface development
- Search Engine Optimization Strategy and Implementation.
- Developed Personas and Scenarios based on gathered survey and log data.
- Provided strategic direction for project implementation.
