Dun and Bradstreet’s online product offering, DNBi provides commercial credit information for over 126 million companies. DNBi had help embedded within the product, but this content is accessed, written, and presented inconsistently. Country-specific regulations and associated translation needs contributed to D&B’s content challenges. D&B recognized these challenges and adopted a new content infrastructure to improve their SharePoint implementation and how D&B develops and delivers content. Tasks included:
- Key stakeholder interviews and documentation of business requirements
- Develop technical requirements and select a platform to meet their needs.
- Develop supporting business case as well as an implementation strategy and plan.
