Project Description
Tyco Federal Credit Union (TFCU) wanted to increase membership as well as the number of assets under management by expanding and improving its ability to serve its members online – becoming a virtual credit union. Andrew was requested to help TFCU with the Content Management to develop a marketing overview as well as identify high-level requirements and an implementation plan to establish the virtual credit union. Work included:
- A competitive analysis of similar credit unions, as well as analysis of the current information architecture and the development of a new architecture.
- Technical recommendations to improve the level of service of the virtual branch.
