Parker Hannifin sells over 1 million mechanical parts like pipe fittings and nuts.  It is divided into a number of independent autonomous divisions, which up till recently have been managing their own websites.  Last year, Parker embarked on a project to consolidate all content into one environment, thus enabling a common look and feel across all divisions and strengthening the site’s strategic advantage.  Prior to implementing the requirements laid out by the steering committee, Parker wanted to validate the existing implementation to ascertain if there are any issues with the initial work that would hamper the future development of the application.  Parker.com enlisted EverAge to perform an in-depth Content Management audit on the system, and to make recommendations as to how it may be improved.
