Project Description
The provincial government of Newfoundland and Labrador required training and strategic guidance to implement an enterprise wide content management system. The initial phase of this project included the following tasks:
- Provided customized Content Management training.
- Developed Personas and Scenarios based on gathered survey and log data.
- Provided strategic direction for project implementation.
Additionally, the provincial government also required assistance in the creation of an RFP for the government’s enterprise wide WCM solution. Tasks for this project included:
- Business Analysis to gather requirements from all levels of the government.
- Development of strategy for a successful selection process.
- Synthesis of requirements into a concise RFP document.
